What services we do offer:

• Extract Services is an offering designed to provide clients with the development and maintenance of import-ready files for the client's target systems, primarily for the purpose of financial integration. This service allows changes to original extract files or the creation of customizable extract files for Expenses.
• Extract Services for Invoice Processing is an offering designed to provide clients with the development and maintenance of import-ready files for the client's target systems, primarily for the purpose of financial integration. This service allows changes to original extract files or the creation of customizable extract files for Invoice and Request.

Any changes that could change or customize the original file formats currently implemented in your extract files are billable and will require your account to have the Extract Services or Extract Services for Invoice Processing purchased to allow the processor of the case to proceed and make the requested changes. 

If you want to know more about these services and their prices, then the recommendation is to contact your Sales Representative or your Account Manager that are the correct contacts to inform you about it. The processors of the case don't have this information to provide to you, but they can help you to connect with your Account Contacts. 

There is a limited number of files that the customer can request, the customer can confirm this with the Account Manager when discussing the service and its prices.

Once you purchase one of the services mentioned above for the first time, you will be assigned to a project team that will help you map the changes or the new file or files expected. This project could have some working hours and deadlines mapped until they achieve what was agreed on the project. Once they complete the project, your account must be transitioned to the Support Team, so your further requests will be handled through support cases.
