3815271 - Why can't I upload attendees using Attendee Import?

Symptom

Some of our users are unable to upload attendees using Attendee Import. When reporting this issue, users may encounter the following 2 situations:

  1. Loading status keep spinning on the Import Attendees page

  1. The Import Attendees information is fully displayed. After clicking Next, the results of the import says 0
