Symptom
When the integration attempts to create or post a transaction in NetSuite, the system validates the expense account assigned to each expense line item. If the selected expense account is restricted or unavailable for the transaction's associated attributes (such as subsidiary, department, class, or location), NetSuite rejects the transaction and returns an "Invalid Field Value" error.
The issue commonly occurs after changes are made to account configurations in NetSuite or when transaction attributes no longer align with the account restrictions.
