Symptom
Travelers who book a split-ticket air itinerary — for example, United Airlines (UA) and Delta Air Lines (DL) in a single booking — may notice that the Trip Library shows the same loyalty number applied to both airline segments, even when different loyalty numbers are stored in their profile. The discrepancy appears only in the Trip Library; booking confirmation emails and the actual PNR/ticketing records contain the correct loyalty program information.
This behavior occurs in New Concur Travel when using the Sabre GDS. It does not affect the booking itself, ticketing, or accrual of frequent flyer miles, since the GDS and airline records hold the correct loyalty numbers.

When a traveler books a split-ticket itinerary (two different airlines) in New Concur Travel (T2) and Sabre, the Trip Library may display the wrong frequent flyer (loyalty) number for one or more segments. Emails, PNRs, and ticketing reflect the correct loyalty numbers; only the Trip Library view is affected. , KBA , CON-SRV-TRV-TLI , Trip Library , CON-CA-USP , User Profile , Problem
