3815351 - Why can't I view the invoice image within the Invoice?

When accessing the Invoice and selecting the View Invoice option, I don't see the Invoice image.

Invoice > Profile Settings > Invoice Preferences

Concur Invoice all versions

I can't view invoice images when I click the view invoice option , KBA , CON-CA-ADM , Administration , Problem
