When a user modifies a flight, hotel, or other travel booking, Concur Travel checks whether the change affects other bookings in the same trip. If a conflict is detected — for example, modified flight dates that no longer align with hotel check-in/check-out dates, or rental car pickup and return times — a warning message is displayed during the change flow to alert the user before they confirm.
This feature is available to users on both Professional and Standard editions of Concur Travel.
