Symptom
We have two databases, Expense and Travel, where a user's profile is created with the same login credentials and should be synchronized. However, for user `xyz`, despite profiles being created in both databases, synchronization did not occur properly. While the Travel profile was set up correctly, the Expense profile was not. This results in several issues:
1. The Expense profile is not visible when using the "expense advanced filter," although it exists in the backend.
2. Attempting to assign the Expense user role to the Travel profile results in a 500 error. This error needs to be investigated using Kibana to determine the cause and resolve it accordingly.
3. "SELECT EXPENSE USER" pop-up appears when creating a new expense profile. This pop-up occurs when the required profile exists in both the Travel and Expense databases but has not been properly synchronized with the Expense database. To resolve this issue, synchronization between both databases must be established.
