3815472 - [ADP] Error: "Permission Denied" ( codeValue 403) in the ADP HR Connector

Symptom

Please assist with investigating and resolving this issue. The Employee Import is not receiving a file from the ADP HR Connector. The integration status shows "Success - No File" or "File Not Received," and we are unsure what is causing the issue or how to resolve it.
