3815480 - Why is Concur showing results farther than the chosen range on a route by Car?

When booking a hotel, I chose a certain amount of miles to search from "company location" or other distance criteria. Hotels shown in results are inside of my mileage criteria, but tracing a route by car shows they're farther than they look like. Why is this happening?

When searching within X miles of reference point, Concur shows hotels that have longer driving distance.
