3815487 - How to Exclude a User Group from the Requirement to Attach Receipts When Submitting Reports?

I want to know how can I exclude a specific user group from the requirement to attach receipts when submitting expense reports.

Expense > Imaging/Receipts (Not E-Receipts)

Concur Expense all versions

I would turn-off the rule in preventing receipt requirement from applying to a specific user group. , KBA , CON-EXP-ADM-AUR , Audit Rules , Problem
