3815585 - How do I terminate user profiles in bulk with a file upload?

Symptom

I have a list of users that are terminated in our HR System, but they are still active in SAP Concur. I want to terminate all the profiles at once. Can I upload a file to de-activate all profiles at once? Is there a template available in SAP concur for this task?
