Outside of Concur, if a traveler books a non flex ticket direct with DB, you have to cancel the day before to get a refund. In order to receive the refund you need to fill out a form for DB.
Can non-flex tickets be canceled and refunded this way in via Concur? If not, what should the traveler do to get any refund due?
