A traveler in Brazil is attempting to add an Elo (EL) credit card to their Concur Travel profile for use when making travel reservations. However, Elo (EL) is not currently supported as a credit card vendor in Concur.
Additionally, if the traveler adds the Elo card to the profile in the travel agency's profile application, the card does not synchronize to Concur Travel and the following error is returned:
