We have imported a user via the Employee Import job with the file being processed successfully. The user cannot however be found in User Administration and there is the following warning in the Employee Extract to Travel job: "Synchronization for user '[XYZ]' failed. Action: Created. Reason: 'Create user failed. Invalid length for a Base-64 char array or string.'"
