SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
We have Concur Requests that have been closed automatically. In checking the audit trail, we can see that the request was closed by "System, Concur" with Description "Request was closed/inactivated". May I know why it's been closed? is there any config point to trigger the auto-closure and how it works?
