3815775 - Error on Extract to Travel Job: "The 'GetCompany' request made to URL 'XXXXX' resulted in a response that is not recognized. Please verify that the URL is correct."

Symptom

We noticed the following error on the Extract to Travel Job:
"The 'GetCompany' request made to URL 'https://eu.api.concursolutions.com/CompanyConfigWS/CompanyConfig.asmx' resulted in a response that is not recognized. Please verify that the URL is correct.".
What does this error mean? Because of it the job failed.
