The New Concur Travel Trip List shows a status label for each trip. For trips booked natively in New Concur Travel, the status reflects real-time progress through booking, approval, and ticketing (see New Concur Travel - "Ready" Trip Status). For trips that originated in legacy Concur Travel (synced to New Concur Travel) or were booked offline by a travel agency and imported via PNR acquisition, the displayed status is derived from the legacy booking state at the time of sync. This article explains the expected trip status for such trips.
