3815790 - Error in logs: "VERIFY FIRST / LAST NAME - INPUT FIRST 30 CHARS"

When I click Search to book a trip, the following error appears starting with

"Sorry, something went wrong. We have encountered a problem with your travel profile..."

In transaction logs the following error is captured:

"VERIFY FIRST NAME - INPUT FIRST 30 CHARS"

Travel > Profile

Concur Travel all versions

Search returns error about first/last name verification during trip booking. , KBA , CON-CA-USP , User Profile , Problem
