3815826 - Why am I receiving an Error: "An error occurred attempting to look up the account code(s) for this entry"?

• An error occurred attempting to look up the account code(s) for this entry, the user creates an Expense Report, selects an Expense Type, clicks Save, receives the Error, unable to submit report.

• Full error message: "An error occurred attempting to look up the account code(s) for this entry. The account code lookup was based on: XYZ. This report cannot be submitted until your system administrator adds an account code for this expense type with the above ledger segment data."
• Why am I getting the error: "This expense type is not active for Chart accounts" upon saving an expense entry?
