3815865 - How do we send all cancelled passenger name records (PNR) to a second queue in addition to what is programmed in the queue set of the Agency Configuration?

We want to use the Queuing tab in the Finishing Template Editor to send a PNR to a supplemental queue in addition to the queues defined on the Agency Configuration page.
