3815909 - How can I change the allocation form of the expense policy?

We recently asked for some changes in the allocation form and now we want to apply it to an expense policy. Although I have Expense Configuration Administrator (Restricted) and Shared Configuration Administrator (Restricted) roles assigned to my profile I cannot find where to change that. Can you please provide us with the steps to do that?
