3816066 - How can I assign the Status change, Pending Approval and Courtesy email to a specific Workflow?

Our reports' approvers complain that they are receiving the email notification with title Approver Change Notification. It says "This expense report was sent to an alternate manager/approver.". I want to know why they are receiving such emails and how to turn it off.

I would also like to know how we can setup different emails for approvers and employees when the report is submitted.
