3816075 - Why am I Receiving Error 500 when trying to Change the Report Queue and Report Error Queue in the Agency Queue Set?

I am making changes in our Agency Queue Set, however, when attempting to save those changes, I receive Error 500.  
-or-
I am making changes to the Report Queue or the Report Error Queue,  but receiving the following error message when clicking on Save.
-or-
I am making other changes within the Travel Agency Details including Agency Name, Urgent Contact Address, or Agency Logo and receiving Error 500 when clicking on Save.


"Sorry something went wrong". The server encountered an error and could not complete your request. If you continue to experience problems, please contact your Company Administrator or Help Desk. (Error 500)
