3816106 - How can I hide or block non-refundable rooms for hotel chain or hotel property from BookingCom?

Symptom

I would like to create a rule to trigger / block specific rates from Booking.Com for specific property/properties or specific hotel chain(s) (such as IHG, MC, HY, HH) that are non refundable or require deposit. How can I do it?
