3816163 - Why is the list item missing after a Successful List Import?

I ran a list import to add a list item in my company hierarchy and the import was successful, but when I go to the list, I can't find it there.

Expense > List management

Concur Expense all versions

The list Import did not create the list item I wanted to add , KBA , CON-CA-TLS-IEM-JOB , Scheduled Jobs , CON-EXP-EXP , Expenses , Problem
