3816175 - Why is my Cash Advance, created in Request, not available to assign to an Expense report?

I have an approved Cash Advance but it is not appearing when I am creating my Expense Report.
I created my Cash Advance in Request.

Expense > Cash Advance

Concur Expense all versions ; Concur Request all versions

Approved Cash Advance is not available for use on an Expense Report , KBA , CON-CA-ADM , Administration , Problem
