3816203 - What do we use in place of an underscore for the Login ID in the 5.Cliquser- remark for Apollo?

All user Login IDs in our site contain an underscore between the first name and the last name. We are finding that offline booked reservations are not syncing to the user's Trip Library. We need to know what the underscore in the Cliquser ID should be replaced with in order for offline bookings to show in the Trip Library.
