When booking a hotel and paying with Conferma Virtual Payment, the PNR remark lines either do not show the hotel's fax number, or show an incomplete number. I see the complete fax number on Concur. What is happening?

When booking hotel and paying with Conferma Virtual Payment, the remark lines either do not show the hotel's fax number, or show an incomplete number. This is due to the hotel not having a fax registered or having an incomplete fax number registered on Concur's Hotel Database.
