3816267 - How can I create a cognos report, which will provide the list of all the expense reports which are extracted?

Symptom

I have reporting access, and i was going through all the standard reports available in Concur. I was looking for a report that can provide the list of all expense reports that are extracted. Is there any way I can get this data in a Cognos report
