3816395 - Can a user be restricted from recalling reports at the Approval For Processing workflow step?

I would like to remove the ability for our users to recall only reports that are in Approved & In Accounting Review.

Expense > Workflow/Audit Rules

Concur Expense all versions

Disable recall button only for certain workflow steps , KBA , CON-CA-ADM , Administration , Problem
