Symptom

When I trying to updated or deleted the Cost Object Approver via the Employee Import, I got this error message :
Cost object approver cannot be deleted as the specified hierarchy segments are invalid or deleted: Segments:{Segment1=XX, Segment2=XX, Segment3=XX} Employee_ID: XX.
