3816704 - Error in the logs "Sorry, we were not able to process the fare on the flights you selected"

When searching by Price, no flights are returned. Once user changes to search by Schedule, flights are returned and they are able to select both flights. When user selects the flights, which are on mixed carriers, there is a pop-up message stating the fares cannot be processed for the flights:
