3816710 - Why I am unable to view Expense Claims in Mobile app even though there are many unsubmitted Claims?

Symptom

I’m having some trouble with the Concur mobile app. When I open the app it shows me that I have 119 claims but when I press on expense claims it is empty and an error message occurs (“We could not load the most recent claims data”).
If I try to create a new claim I’m unable to save it and the claim just disappears.
