3816722 - Why am I not able to search for a company on the Import Data page?

I have to import a file on the Import Data page but I cannot search for a company because the field is grayed out.

Travel > Data Transfer > Import Data

Concur Travel all versions

Unable to modify a company on the Import Data page. , KBA , CON-CA-CMP-IMD , Import Data , Problem
