3816731 - Is it possible to capture via the Finishing Template which rail program card was chosen by the user during SNCF booking?

When user books rail via SNCF direct connect, during the booking process they are given the option to select which rail program they wish to use. When they book Eurostar, they select the Eurostar frequent traveler card, however, this is not being captured in the GDS PNR. Is it possible to capture which card was selected by the user via the Finishing Template?

I have looked via the Finishing Template, but I do not see any datapoints where we are capturing which card is being selected. I see the cards that are in their profile in the affinity program area, but nothing shows in the Alternate booking source Data array.
