3816749 - Why the Report Totals pop window is not showing up in Concur mobile app?

When users submit an expense report they receive a Report Totals "pop up" that shows the breakdown of expense totals by Expense Report, Company Disbursements, and Employee Disbursements. 

I have users saying they do not receive this when using the mobile app.

In Concur web version, we will get a Report totals pop up window as below. 


However, this window is not showing up in SAP Concur mobile app.
