SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
We have hotel direct connect enabled with 3 x rate access codes. The content returning in Concur search results is from GDS source, therefore no Direct Connect content is returning.
We have created a rule in Travel Admin to block GDS source and also excluded this hotel as a vendor, but this does not seem to be enabling the direct connect availability to return.
