3816830 - Why did I receive this error message "Why can't I change this flight?"

Users are unable to make changes to any un-ticketed or ticketed air. All they see is "Why can't I change this flight?" on the Trip Itinerary page. 



There are some restrictions with exchanges; however, none of them apply to these bookings. They are Delta or American non-stop round-trip that have not been exchanged before and are not Basic Economy. None of the other restrictions apply.

Users should be able to change airline tickets online without the verbiage "Why Cant I Change this flight?" unless there is a valid reason why it cannot be exchanged.

A customer is set up to be able to do exchanges in SAP Concur; however, they are getting the verbiage "Why can't I change this flight?" just above any booking on the Trip Itinerary page. When you click on it, it states, "The ticket change facility of this reservation system does not support changes for this carrier."
