3816869 - Why is Kosovo not recognized as a supported country in Concur?

Client is getting per diem rates in Serbia for City of Pristina, which is located in Kosovo. When we checked the client location settings, we found that Pristina location code is mapped in Serbia. From our database, we found that Kosovo was not yet in the list of country supported by Concur for Travel Allowance. Hence, Serbia location is used instead. This is the reason why Pristina is getting the per diem rates in Serbia.

The city of Pristina is designated as "Pristina, SERBIA" in Concur. However, it belongs to Kosovo (at least for more than 100 countries that have recognised Kosovo).
