3816975 - Why are receipt images being downloaded instead of being opened in SAP Concur?

When I try to view a receipt the system is trying to download the receipt instead of previewing the image.

Expense > Imaging/Receipts (Not E-Receipts)

Concur Expense all versions

Receipts are being downloaded instead of being previewed in Concur , KBA , CON-EXP-ADM-MOP , Monitor Payees , CON-EXP-EXP , Expenses , Problem
