3816977 - Why are employees able to see delete button under Available Expenses on NextGen UI for Concur Expense?

We have following settings:
Administration > Expense > Expense Admin > Site Settings

Allow users to remove e-receipts without creating expenses: unchecked
Allow users to remove trip segments without creating expenses: unchecked

Administration > Company > Tools > Company Card > Settings

Allow users to delete company card transactions without adding them to a report: unchecked

We have configured users to not be able to delete travel segments, e-receipts, and company card transactions.
Why does my Available Expenses on the Expense Reports tab have a Delete button on NextGEN UI?

We have configured users to not be able to delete travel segments, e-receipts, and company card transactions.
