3817001 - Why does the Conferma VPay Deployment still show as open after the hotel was cancelled?

We have a reservation where the hotels were cancelled which should automatically cancel the virtual payment card with Conferma, but they were not cancelled. I've checked with Conferma directly, and they do not show any cancellation was transmitted to them.

There is a known issue with cancelled Virtual Payment Hotels booked via Conferma where they are cancelling the hotel booking but the transmission to cancel the virtual card did not get sent. , KBA , CON-CA-ADM , Administration , Problem
