An invoice was sent back to the employee, who subsequently reported being unable to see/find the returned invoice.
The invoice was visible when searched in Invoice > Processor > Process Requests and the status did in fact indicate it had been sent back to the employee.
Examining the Audit Trail, it appeared to have been assigned to the employee in question.
