3817054 - How do we write an audit rule to fire on a single business unit if a report exceeds 1,000 OR if any other reports exceed 10,000?

Symptom

I'm trying to assign or create an audit rule for a US business unit so that their expense reports flow to the manager for anything over 1000, but because we have a US commercial policy, I am unsure how to single out this business unit, can you assist with this? We do have an audit rule set up for 10K or more goes to the next level manager, I'm hoping I can add it to that one but I need assistance.
