3817107 - How can I automatically allow Concur to test when investigating support cases?

Concur Support keeps asking me in every case for permission to test and we do not want to have to provide it in a case comment every single time we open a case. Is there an easier way to do this (automatically for example)?

I keep getting asked in the cases that I open for permission to test as part of troubleshooting and would like to have the option to do so automatically not to have to do it every single time. How can I do that? , KBA , CON-CA-ADM , Administration , Problem
