3817139 - Is the Login ID for Concur Travel and Expense case sensitive?

Is the Concur Login ID case sensitive? Does it make a difference if we send it through import or create manually?

The Login ID on the import matches the one in the user's SAP Concur profile, but on import the value is lowercase and in the profile it is uppercase. Will this case an error
