3817142 - How do I by pass the step of entering the Login ID in sign in page while using the MS Azure?

Symptom

We configured the Single Sign on with MS Azure in Concur, and since MS Azure is SP initiated SAML, user has to sign in with following: 

  1.  Go to the Concur homepage
  2.  Enter the Login ID
  3.  Click Next, select the SSO Login option
We would like to know if there is way to skip the above steps.
