3817157 - Why is our Employee Import job completing with status "Success (No File)" after the SAP Concur cloud platform migration to AWS?

Symptom

We use to send our daily Employee Import job files to SAP Concur, but it somehow stopped as we can see all job run statuses as Success ( No File) and we are wondering what have happened. Does it have to do with the SAP Concur cloud platform migration to AWS?

We noticed our employee import job runs are not succeeding, as no files are being received by Concur, apparently. , KBA , CON-CA-TLS-IEM , Import / Extract Monitor , Problem
