3817240 - Can discounts be applied only for a specific route?

Client has an ATPCO discount code for a specific airline, however it doesn’t apply for all routes. Is there a way an ATPCO discount program setup can be bypassed and the itinerary priced automatically without the discount (and without removing the discount from the configuration)?
