Symptom

Once I click on Reserve Car and Continue, Concur returns an error advising: CHECK AFTER /CPC- CHECK COL POSTAL CODE MUST BE ALPHA-NUMERIC. Why I do receive this error?

We are unable to book your car due to the following error from the reservation system: CHECK AFTER /CPC- CHECK COL POSTAL CODE MUST BE ALPHA-NUMERIC
